Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska - zinc is a preparation supporting memory and concentration, as well as the health of hair, skin and nails. Regularly supplemented zinc prevents infections in the fall and winter.

Ingredients:
Inulin; zinc (zinc bisglycinate); filler: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; leucine.

Features:

• Zinc is needed for the proper functioning of the brain - for concentration and memory. The element delivered in appropriate amounts ensures thick, shiny hair and strong nails. As a result, the skin is elastic and smooth. Thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of zinc, acne is reduced and unsightly redness disappears.
• Zinc is difficult to obtain in appropriate amounts from natural food. Its main sources are cereal products, nuts, seeds - products that are excluded from Dr. Dąbrowska's diet during the strict fruit and vegetable fasting phase. Therefore, anyone on this diet should supplement zinc.
• Zinc strengthens the immune system and prevents infections, so it should be supplemented especially in the autumn and winter.
• Zinc is needed to produce red blood cells, which are responsible for carrying nutrients throughout the body. Without it, blood clotting problems may occur.
