These regulations specify the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to usage of the website, including the usage of the information posted on the Website. We kindly ask to carefully and thoroughly read the regulations, hence placing an order via the Site is tantamount to acceptance of its provisions.

1) Each customer using the products has the opportunity to express their opinion.

2) Any comments and suggestions should be sent to the email address, which appears on the product label or leaflet.

3) Every message should:

a) Include attachments in the form of photos or video and audio files in the following formats: jpg, bmp, pdf, mp3, midi, wav, mpeg, qt, avi, flv, mp4, mpg, wmv, asf VCD, showing the difference between “before” and “after” use of the product;

b) be consistent with the truth;

c) include a precise description of all the attached images, audio or video files, taking into account the following information:

i) include the name or initials of the user shown in the picture / recording;

ii) include a brief description of what a photograph / recording shows;

iii) include the product name, to which the image / video refers to;

iv) specify the period during which the product was used; d) include attachments in their original form, ie. not subjected to digital modification using any graphics software;

e) also can not contain content that is abusive, vulgar, discriminatory or illegal.

4) The sender must have the right to publish and distribute any of the sent audiovisual material.

5) Once the review is sent, the sender agrees with the publication of its contents or a portion of its content with the accompanying materials on the website of the reviewed product

 6) To protect your privacy, the published data of people whose speech and / or images are available, can be changed.

III. Terms of use of the Website

1) This version is the binding version.

2) All commercial information, price lists and advertising appearing on the Website are solely the invitation to submission of bids by the users and conclusion of the agreement through the Site. Orders requiring delivery to any of these territories will not be accepted. As an exception, the seller at the request of the user can process orders. 6) Current information about products and their prices are valid on the day of the display on the site.

7) The content of the website is wholly owned by the seller. Products covered by the information on the site, meet all the requirements laid down by the law of the place of sale. A person interested in the product and making a bid for its purchase should familiarize themselves with applicable local laws related to the purchase of the products described on the Website and is committed to respect them.

8) All prices are quoted in a particular currency and are inclusive of taxes applicable to the vendor's head office. If other taxes as well as additional fees associated with local law (including duty, excise duty, VAT) apply to the territory, from which the order was made; the user is then obliged to pay it on his/her own. 16) Orders not paid in advance, for which there exists any uncertainty (such as doubt about the compatibility of customer data with the actual situation) may be reviewed by the staff  - such order may be canceled by the Seller.

V. Sales of products and execution of orders

  3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders without determined cause.
  4. Orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day (in special cases, this period may be extended).
  5. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by the selle, the sales contract of the product between you and the seller is concluded. You can receive electronic confirmation of the contract in the form of invoices sent to a specified by you e-mail address.
  6. Products ordered from vendors will be delivered via mail order, by courier or by post - delivery time is around 3 working days. This time can however be extended for reasons not dependent on the Seller. Therefore, the Seller is not responsible for late delivery of the parcels by post, courier or shipping company.
  7. Payments will be processed by a third party acting on behalf of the Seller (selected depending on the chosen method of payment) or by post or courier service in case of “cash on delivery”.
  8. If you choose prepayment, the product is shipped upon receipt of funds in the amount of 100 % of the value of the Product / Product and shipping costs.

VI. Changes in the Order

  1. In the case of an order for product, for which there was an error in the price due to the system error or support’s team mistake, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
  2. The customer can change or cancel the order in full at latest within 2 hours after receiving the order confirmation. In order to cancel your order, please contact the seller via email. Otherwise the user, unless he/she withdraws from the concluded contract in accordance with section VII described below, may be charged with shipping costs indicated respectively in section V, paragraph 10, above plus the cost of the return shipment to the seller equal to the cost indicated in Section V, paragraph 10 above.

VII. Termination of the contact

  1. Because the sales contract concluded between you and the seller is a distance contract, the user may at any time withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of reciept by the customer of the ordered product to the adrress provided.
  2. Each withdrawal must be preceded by a telephone contact and written statement in the form attached below or attached to the product delivered to the user, indicating the bank account of the user who made ??the payment for the product.   3. Withdrawing from the contract, the user is required immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to give back the products delivered to the address specified by the vendor.   5. Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the absence of products on stock that results in the course of execution of the order. In such case the user will be informed and will not be obliged to accept any costs.

 

 

VIII. Filing a complaint

 

1) All complaints should be submitted via e-mail at zarapharms@gmail.com.

2) Complaints are subjected only to the products that do not comply with the agreement, products subject to satisfaction guarantee, as well as a damaged during the shipment. This chapter shall govern in particular the complaints made ??under the guarantee of satisfaction.

3) The refund of the complained product based on satisfaction guarantee is only possible when you first purchased the product, only for the price of one piece of the product, respectively per person/household, despite the order consisted of more products. The cost of packaging and shipping, as indicated in Section V, paragraph 10 above, is non-refundable.

4) The refund is possible only when the claim is submitted before the deadline indicated on the website (30 days). This period is counted from the date of receipt of the products.

5) All (also used) packaging of products supplied ( also used blisters ) must be returned to the address indicated by the seller . The purchaser receives the address to what the product should be returned within 14 days of the submission of the complaint. In case not all packaging is returned results in the repeal of the guarantee and inability to refund. Time to return all packaging is 14 days.

10) Packaging of the products sent by the user should be protected so they do not get damaged. The user shall only use the package or envelope that ensure proper protection of the products’ packages. 11) Complaints are handled within 14 working days from the date of receipt to the address indicated by the seller . In case of complaints handled positively, it will be automatically refunded or repaired / replaced. 12) In case of positive consideration of the complaint, the money for the purchase price equal to one purchased product will be send by the seller or entity authorized by him via bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the user in the complaint.
