We consciously avoid capsules because research has confirmed that they pass through the stomach. Capsulated intestinal cultures may cause clumping and therefore may only be accessible in the lower intestine.

Daily portion:
Mix 1 scoop or 2 x 1/2 scoops in a glass of water 10 - 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals.
When taking antibiotics: At the earliest 2 hours after taking the tablets.
