Data protection is a matter of trust, and user trust is very important to us. To ensure that users feel safe when visiting our website, we strictly comply with the statutory provisions when processing personal data. At this point, we would like to inform you about our principles of data collection and use. The following data protection statement informs you about what user data is collected on our websites and which of these data, how they are processed, and who to contact in related matters.

The user may at any time obtain information free of charge about his data that is stored with us, and also exercise his right to correct, block or delete his data. For this purpose, please use the contact details listed above.
If you do not consent to the processing or use of your data by ZaraPharm under these data protection provisions in whole or in relation to individual activities, you may object by e-mail, fax or letter, also using the contact details listed.
2. Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is data relating to material or personal relationships of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, name, telephone number, address and all basic data that you provided to us when registering and creating a customer account.
2.1 Customer account For each customer who registers on our website via the "Create an account" function, we create a customer account, i.e. password-protected direct access to the user's master data stored with us. Here you can, among other things, see your completed, pending and recently shipped orders, or manage your personal information.
2.1.1 Creating a customer account
When registering a customer account, it is mandatory to provide the following data (required information):
- e-mail adress
- password
- name
- last name
- consent to and provisions on data protection
The billing address and delivery address must only be provided when the order is placed. We need your correct name, address and payment details to process your order. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm receipt of your order and dispatch, as well as for communication with you in general. In addition, we use your e-mail address to identify you (as your login name) when you log into your customer account.
2.1.2. Using a customer account
You can use your ZaraPharm customer account to log in to the various European ZaraPharm online stores. User data is transferred to these services only when the user logs in to them. For services not offered by ZaraPharm, the transfer of data takes place only with the consent of the user, which can be given as part of the login process.
If the user does not log out of his customer account, he remains logged in automatically. This feature allows you to use some of our services without having to re-login to your customer account. For security reasons, the user is asked to enter the password again, for example when changing personal data or placing an order.
2.1 Collection, processing and use of your personal data
We collect, save and process your data as part of the purchase service, including any subsequent warranties, in order to provide our services, for technical administration purposes, for our own marketing purposes (more on this in section 2.3) and to prevent prohibited acts and fraud . Users' personal data is transferred to third parties only when it is permitted by law, including purposes related to the performance of the contract or settlement, for marketing purposes or in the event of the user's prior consent. For example, as part of order processing, service providers cooperating with us (e.g. carrier, logistics company, banks) receive the necessary e data in order to complete the order and the order. The data provided in this way may be used by the service provider only for the purpose of carrying out its task.
2.3 Use of User Data for Advertising Purposes
In addition to processing data as part of the ZaraPharm purchase service, we also use your data for the following purposes: to continuously optimize your shopping experience with a customer-friendly and personalized offer; to be able to contact you in connection with orders and certain products and marketing campaigns; and to recommend products or services to you that may be of interest to you.
We use the obtained information for this purpose, for example, confirmation of receipt and reading of e-mails, information about the end device owned by the user, Internet connection, operating system and platform, date and time of visiting the website or viewed products, as well as information that we obtain from you (including information that is automatically provided or generated). In addition, we also use your order history.
The user may at any time object to the use of the user's personal data for advertising purposes in its entirety or in relation to individual activities, without incurring costs other than the costs of providing information according to the basic tariff. For this purpose, a notification in text form to the contact details listed in point 1 (e.g. e-mail, letter) is sufficient.
2.3.1 Emails with recommended products
If you have made a purchase on ZaraPharm, you will receive regular emails from us with recommended products. In this way, we want to provide you with information about products from our offer that could be of interest to you based on your recent purchases.
If you would like to opt out of receiving information about recommended products or advertising information from us in general, you can cancel your consent at any time without incurring costs other than the costs of providing information according to the basic tariff. For this purpose, a notification in text form to the contact details listed in point 1 (e.g. e-mail, fax, letter) is sufficient. Of course, there is an unsubscribe link in every email.
2.3.3 Contests, market research and opinion polls
As part of competitions, we use user data to notify about winnings and advertise our offer. Detailed information is provided in the conditions of participation of a given competition.
In addition, we use your data to conduct market and opinion research. Data collected as part of market research and opinion research are not used by us for advertising purposes. Detailed instructions (in particular related to the analysis of user data) are provided in the information about a given survey or in the place where the user enters his data. The answers provided by the user in the surveys are not shared with third parties or published.

3. Cookies (cookies)
Accepting cookies is a prerequisite for using our websites. However, if you block the use of cookies, our website and service will only function based on limited functions.
What are cookies (cookies)?
Cookies are small files saved on the user's data carrier, used by the user's browser to save certain settings and data for exchange with our system. There are two types of cookies, so-called session cookies, which are deleted when the user closes the browser, and temporary/permanent cookies, which are stored for a longer period of time or permanently on the user's data carrier. By storing these files, we can properly prepare our websites and our offer in terms of user preferences. This makes it easier for the user to use the website, for example by saving certain user data so that he does not have to provide them each time.
What cookies does ZaraPharm use?
Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted from your computer's hard drive at the end of your browser session (so-called session cookies). For example, session cookies are used to offer the user a shopping cart function on many pages of the website. In addition, we also use cookies that are stored on your computer's hard drive. Service on your next visit automatically recognizes you and your preferred information and settings. Temporary and permanent cookies (storage period from 1 month to 10 years) are saved on the hard drive of the user's computer, and after a certain period of time they are automatically deleted. These cookies are used to make our offer even more effective, safer and more user-friendly. Thanks to these files, it is possible to present the user with information tailored to his interests. The sole purpose of cookies is to adapt our offer to the customer's expectations as much as possible and thus make it easier for him to navigate on our website.
What data is saved in cookies?
Only pseudonymised data is stored in the cookies used by ZaraPharm. When activating a cookie, an identification number is assigned to it without assigning the user's personal data to this identification number. The name, IP address or similar user data that allows the cookie to be assigned directly to the user are not stored in the cookie. Based on cookie technology, we only obtain pseudonymized information, for example about which pages of our store the user has visited, which products he has viewed, etc.
What is Onsite Targeting?
Based on cookie technology, data is collected on ZaraPharm websites in order to optimize our advertising and the entire offer of the online store. This data is not used to identify the user, but is only used for a pseudonymous analysis of how the website is used. Thanks to this technology, we can present you with advertising and/or special offers and services whose content is based on information obtained from the analysis of mouse clicks (for example, an advertisement resulting from the fact that the user has only viewed sports shoes in the last few days). Our goal is to develop the most attractive online offer for the user and to present advertising corresponding to his areas of interest.
Are third party cookies also used?
ZaraPharm works with some advertising companies to help make websites more attractive to users. Therefore, when visiting websites, cookies from partner companies are also saved on the hard drive of the user's computer. These are temporary/permanent cookies that are automatically deleted after a certain period of time. Temporary and permanent cookies (storage period from 14 days to 10 years) are saved on the user's computer hard drive, and after a certain period of time they are automatically deleted. The cookies of the partner companies also only contain pseudonymised data, mostly anonymous data. For example, information about what products you have viewed, whether you have purchased, what products you have searched for, etc. Some of our partners also collect information about what pages you have visited before or what products you have been interested in, in order to ultimately display ads that will best suit your needs. his interests.
Retargeting
Our websites use so-called retargeting technology. We use this technology to be able to offer users a more attractive online offer. It allows users who have become interested in our store and our products to be presented with appropriate advertising on the websites of our partners. We believe that the display of personalized, interest-related advertising is generally more attractive to the user than advertising that does not have such an individual connection. The display of these advertising materials on our partners' websites is based on cookie technology and analysis of previous user behavior. This form of advertising is carried out completely anonymously.
When using our website, cookies are used to collect, save and use data on user behavior. In addition, the user's data contained in cookies are stored after the end of the browser session and, for example, used during the next visit to the website.
How can you block the saving of cookies?
There are settings available in the browser that allow you to accept saving cookies only if the user agrees to it. In this way, you can prevent the saving of cookies in the future. To accept the use of ZaraPharm cookies while blocking the use of third-party cookies, select the "Block third-party website cookies" option in your browser settings.
As a rule, in the menu bar of the web browser, through the help function, you can get information on how to reject new and disable saved cookies.
4. Log files
On each visit to pOn the ZaraPharm websites, the web browser provides data on user behavior that is stored in log files, so-called server log files. The data records saved in this way contain the following data: date and time of retrieval, name of the page being accessed, IP address, referrer URL (address of the page from which the user was redirected), amount of data downloaded, as well as information about the product version of the web browser used.
These log file data records are analyzed by us in order to optimize the offer and make the ZaraPharm shop as user-friendly as possible, as well as to detect and fix errors faster and to manage server performance. In addition, we use log file data records to protect against attacks on our ZaraPharm store, e.g. as part of so-called distributed denial of service attacks, which aim to block access to our store through query overload.
5. Web analysis
In order to continuously optimize and improve our offer, we use so-called tracking technologies. We use Google Analytics services for this purpose.
5.1 Google Analytics
This website uses the web analysis tool Google (Universal) Analytics by Google Inc. (www.google.pl). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that make it possible to analyze the use of the website by the user, for example cookies, which are text files that are stored on the user's computer. The information generated in this way about your visit to this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google before being transmitted within Member States of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address sent by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data. You can prevent the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being sent to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:
Alternatively, you can also click on this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie is then stored on the user's device. After deleting the cookies, click on the link again.
7. Secure data transmission
We transfer your personal information securely using encryption. This also applies to the ordering process and customer login. We use the TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system.
In addition, our websites and other systems are protected by ongoing technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of user data by unauthorized persons.
