Vitamin K2 MK7 is necessary for the proper absorption of vitamin. D3. Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium from the digestive tract, and vitamin K2 directs it to bone tissue, preventing calcification of blood vessels and strengthening the bone structure.

Dr. Ewa Dąbrowska has created a dietary supplement for which vitamin D3 is obtained from sea algae, making it pesticide-free, 100% vegan, and therefore suitable for fruit and vegetable fasting. The amount of fats in vegetables is sufficient for adequate absorption of vitamin D3, so it is not necessary to take it in oil. One capsule contains as much as 4,000 units of vitamin D, therefore it covers 2,000% of the daily requirement. Supplementing vitamin D3 is necessary because its production is related to the action of sunlight on the skin.
